Welcome!
The Boston Herald in Education Program provides teachers throughout Massachusetts with classroom newspapers and educational materials designed to help students excel. Sponsored by local businesses and individuals, this service is provided at no cost.

Teachers use the newspapers in the classroom along with our frameworks-compatible teacher guides and exclusive, in-paper educational series to make learning interesting and relevant to students.

Each day, the Boston Herald distributes approximately 10,000 newspapers to
participating classrooms in over 184 communities throughout Massachusetts. Our goal is to promote literacy and eager learning by offering a real-life teaching supplement to traditional classroom resources. The newspaper is a great way to do just that!
