The Civil War
This supplement will help students compare and contrast the conflicting issues between the Union and Confederate states with a special focus on the battle of Gettysburg – the most important battle of the war.   Students will learn about military camp life and the ethnic diversity of the soldiers that fought on both sides of the war.
